Overview:
This position requires a general understanding of web technologies, web development, mobile applications, and online marketing. We take a consultative approach to determining our clients’ needs and presenting solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and web leads from prospects and guide them through a prescreening process for qualification.
- Lead prospecting through various databases and LinkedIn channels
- Explain and sell our solutions and design process
- Generate quotes, proposals, presentations, project briefs, & RFP responses based on client requirements
- Inform, educate & consult clients on projects
- Build strong client relationships
Qualifications:
- Minimum four years of experience as an account executive at a professional web design and development company
- Proven sales success
- Proficiency in closing significant opportunities
- Ability to manage multiple sales engagements concurrently
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Customer service mindset and the ability to explain technical issues to clients is the key
- Must have a deeper web development understanding with knowledge of competing web based technologies
- Must be seeking one year minimum, full-time employment
