OVERVIEW

When Hawthorne Residential Partners came to our agency, they were looking to build a new website dedicated to the investment arm of their business, HRP Investments. As a company that invests, develops and operates apartments throughout the Sun Belt, the client wanted a site dedicated to information pertinent to potential investors. Our task was to create a design that adhered to the design language established in their consumer-facing site, but with enough changes to differentiate the investment subbrand from the parent brand. Through a careful design process, we were able to create a website that not only matched the aesthetic of the parent company but also stood out on its own.
