Thank you a lot for the useful tips about nofollow links! Do you know if the links from websites like CitySearch and Websst are follow links and is there a method how to prove this? Best: George Hudson
George, if you want to check which link is dofollow and which one is nofollow from any of the websites then you can directly check from inspect element in the browser. Do right click on a link and again click on inspect element. If link is nofollow link then “nofollow” is mention over there. Otherwise, consider the link as dofollow link. Hope it works.
A very informative article on the nofollow link. From where we can get nofollow links? Does it affect the ranking or DA?
Very important article. I would like to know hom much of nofollow links should i have on my website when compared with dofollow links. Which of them should be more than the other?
This website was… how do I say it? Relevant!! Finally I have found something which helped me. Appreciate it!

You are right, the appropriate use of nofollow links can boost SEO results. That’s why most digital marketing agencies have strategies in place to perform both dofollow and nofollow activities in a balanced way. Having nofollow backlinks is natural and, from brand awareness and traffic generation standpoint, they are good for business.
NoFollow links are natural. By having a mixture of nofollow links and follow links in your link profile, it makes your site look a lot more natural, which Google likes. This also helps you avoid being penalised by Google Penguin updates.

For many SEO experts, a nofollow link from a reputable site is more valuable than a dofollow link from a low Domain Authority site. … They can show you exactly how much traffic and how much “link juice” your links are creating, regardless if they’re labeled as “nofollow.”
very informative article, Stephen I read in one article that social media & paid ad links are considered in the no-follow links. how do we get follow links from social media?
Usually we get nofollow backlinks from social media through profiles bio where we can input the web address
Not all social media sites provide no follow links. Adam, you can refer to the website before creating the links. That would be helpful for you.

Very useful article. I want to know how many nofollow links I should have on my website when compared to dofollow links. equally useful
Thank you! I suggest keeping the do-follow links for your website & you can consider 70% do-follow & 30% no follow.
Nofollow links have much less value I have worked greatly with them but it is always good to have a mention.
Thanks for sharing this information. I have a question we all know we are not using too many no-follow links because it’s not help in ranking our site but how it’s helpful?
Thank you for your question! While nofollow links do not directly impact a site’s ranking, they can still be helpful in other ways such as driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and improving the overall authority and trustworthiness of a website.
Really good article, of course, No-Follow links don’t have as much value as Do-follow, but they should be in moderation.
I’m glad that you found the article informative. Yes, you’re right that nofollow links should be used in moderation, as they still have value even though they don’t carry as much weight as dofollow links.
I just hope that nofollow links can make a good effect. But, I very much agree that we must keep dofollow links.
While nofollow links may not have as much impact as dofollow links, they can still have a positive effect on a website’s overall SEO strategy. It’s important to have a mix of both types of links, but keeping a focus on dofollow links is definitely recommended.
