PalPilot Website Redesign
Overview
PalPilot provides end-to-end support for electronic products, from PCB design and engineering through manufacturing and production. For over 30 years, they’ve worked with companies to develop, build, and scale hardware efficiently.
Discovery
When PalPilot came to us, their website was doing them no favors.
It felt outdated, the navigation was clunky, and visitors struggled to quickly understand what the company actually did. On top of that, there were no clear conversion paths, and tracking was limited, making it hard to measure what was working.
We kicked off this PCB manufacturing website redesign with a deep discovery phase. Through a detailed questionnaire, stakeholder interviews, a full website audit, and a competitive review, we uncovered a clear gap: PalPilot wasn’t being seen as the engineering partner they truly are. Instead, they were perceived as just another transactional supplier.

UX Strategy
We started by reshaping the content strategy to clearly communicate PalPilot’s full capabilities.
From design and engineering to manufacturing and supply chain solutions, the focus was on clarity and confidence, helping visitors quickly understand where PalPilot fits into their process.
Next, we streamlined the navigation structure to reflect their three core business units, making it easier for visitors to find what they needed. For this manufacturing website redesign, we also explored a modern visual direction that was clean, technical, and forward-leaning.
Build
With strategy locked in, we moved into designing and building a site that finally matched PalPilot’s capabilities.
We developed the site on a custom WordPress setup, giving their team flexibility to scale and manage content internally. Each section was built with intention, ensuring the PCB manufacturing website design speaks directly to engineers, buyers, and decision-makers.
Subtle animations were layered throughout the experience, including hover effects, smooth transitions, and scroll-based movement. Custom imagery, like the printed circuit board overlay on top of a rotating carousel of images, gave the site a distinct visual identity.
We also introduced conversion-driven elements across the site. Strategic CTAs guide visitors toward RFQs and contact forms, while a password-protected resource library allows visitors to access brochures after submitting their information, turning passive visitors into qualified leads. Every detail of this manufacturing website redesign was built to reduce friction, increase trust, and drive action.
Test & Launch
Before launch, we rigorously tested the site across browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure everything worked seamlessly.
From desktop to mobile, every interaction was refined for performance and usability.
Once everything was polished and approved, we rolled out the new site with a structured launch plan to ensure a smooth transition with no disruptions.
