Wettermark Keith Website Redesign
Overview
Wettermark Keith has spent decades standing up for people across the Southeast and helping individuals navigate some of life’s toughest moments with compassion and determination. Known for their work in personal injury, Social Security Disability, and VA disability claims, the law firm has built a reputation of fighting hard while treating every client with genuine care.
Discovery
When we first looked at their personal injury law firm website, it didn’t reflect the compassion of the attorneys behind it.
The design felt dated and text-heavy, like something straight out of the early 2010’s, and it struggled to communicate the warmth, professionalism, and innovation that define Wettermark Keith today. Mobile responsiveness was limited, backend functionality was outdated, and several pages didn’t fully showcase their modern, tech-forward approach to serving their clients as a personal injury law firm.
We began with a thoughtful discovery phase that included a detailed discovery questionnaire, a full website audit, and a competitive analysis. This helped us understand where the current experience was falling short and where the biggest opportunities lived.
We also examined how other personal injury law firms presented their services and how Wettermark Keith could stand out. It quickly became clear that the website needed a fresh structure, clearer storytelling, and a design that reflected the firm’s care and credibility.

UX Strategy
From there, we focused on shaping a user experience that felt simple, welcoming, and trustworthy.
We started with the content strategy to clarify messaging so visitors could quickly understand how the firm helps as a personal injury law firm without feeling overwhelmed.
Next, we redesigned the navigation structure and mapped out clear user flows so visitors could easily find the right information, whether they were seeking legal guidance or simply learning about their options.
Social proof and conversion paths were carefully planned to guide visitors toward taking the next step: reaching out for help. Moodboards and an imagery style deep dive helped define a visual direction that felt modern but human, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to serving people facing real challenges.
Build
With the strategy in place, we brought the new vision to life through a custom WordPress theme design and CMS development.
The refreshed design introduced a clean layout, modern typography, and a welcoming color palette that balances professionalism with warmth. Strong visuals and thoughtful spacing help break up heavy text content, making it easier for visitors to absorb important information about how Wettermark Keith can help them as a personal injury law firm.
Custom page layouts allowed the firm to clearly highlight location targeted practice areas, success stories, and helpful resources for people navigating personal injury, Social Security Disability, and VA disability claims.
We also implemented subtle animations and smooth transitions to create a more dynamic experience without distracting from the message. Behind the scenes, the new tailored WordPress CMS made content management far easier for their internal team.
Mobile responsiveness was a major focus as well, ensuring the site works beautifully whether someone is visiting from a desktop, tablet, or phone.
Test & Launch
Before launch, we ran the site through extensive testing across browsers, devices, and screen sizes to ensure everything worked exactly as intended.
Every page, interaction, and form was carefully checked to deliver a smooth and reliable experience. Once everything passed QA, we executed a structured launch plan to bring the new site online with confidence.
