San Antonio Winery is a family owned winery that has been around since 1917, flourishing through Prohibition, making it the oldest and largest producing winery in Los Angeles. With so much knowledge and wine to offer, San Antonio Winery wanted to add ecommerce to their website.
That’s where Spinx stepped in. Through WooCommerce, we were able to help San Antonio Winery website create it’s “Shop” section of the website, where customers could search for their favorite wines and order them online. The platform offered built-in inventory management to help them keep track of the wine they were selling. Additionally, we integrated bLoyal, which is a customer loyalty rewards software, enabling customers to earn points with their purchases. In regards to the design, we made sure to pull in a lot of hand drawn illustrations that were a big part of their branding material for the background, adding a homey, traditional feel to the eshop.
Something unique that we did for this ecommerce portion of the site was developing a custom label making tool. It can be picked through the “Personalized Wine Labels” button, where the customer is prompted to select the bottles of wine they want, and can then choose from a predetermined template, or to design a custom label from scratch! After choosing the image, font type, size, and color, they can preview their custom label on a wine bottle before checking out.
In the end, we offered a clean, informative, and easy to use ecommerce shop for the San Antonio Winery website, showcasing all of their wines, and complete with rewards and label customization - everything they needed to keep their customers happy and loyal.
